1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

We accept return or refund requests only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

⚠️ Important: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, personal care, skincare, and oral care items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products that have been used or opened

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions (unless defective)

  • Clearance or discounted items (final sale)

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

If you’ve received a wrong or damaged product:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via:

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos or videos of the product and the issue

    • A short description of the problem

  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

4. Refund Process

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer (IBFT) to your provided account.

📌 Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

5. Replacement Option

If your product is eligible, we can offer:

  • replacement for the same item (subject to stock availability), or

  • refund if a replacement is not possible.

Replacements are shipped at no additional cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time frame:

  1. Double-check your bank account or payment app.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider — sometimes processing takes extra time.

  3. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at beautiqo.pk@gmail.com and we’ll assist right away.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping only.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled or changed.

  • To request a cancellation, email or WhatsApp us immediately with your order number.

8. Shipping Errors & Missing Items

If your package arrives missing items or includes wrong products:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your packing slip and a photo of all received items.

  • We will investigate and promptly send missing items or issue a partial refund.
