We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience.

After your order is dispatched:

6. Failed Delivery Attempts & Re-shipping

If the courier is unable to deliver due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete address

  • No response from recipient (unreachable phone)

  • Recipient refused delivery

...the package will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • A re-shipping fee may apply if you still want the order.

  • COD orders returned due to customer refusal may be canceled without refund of any advance payment (if applicable).

7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item or your order is incomplete:

  • Please include your order number and attach clear photos/videos of the issue for faster resolution.

For lost packages (confirmed lost by courier), we will issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
